Whole-body vibration therapy on the Medwave Hypervibe plate. Gentle, impact-free and best straight after a light session.
From R150 a session

Whole-body vibration (WBV) on the Medwave Hypervibe plate. You stand on the plate while low-frequency vibration works your muscles, circulation and lymphatic system without impact on your joints. Used straight after a light session, it builds on the effects of photobiomodulation.

Every body responds differently. Paulette and Colleen tailor your sessions to your own goals.
Vibration speeds up fat metabolism after PBM, promoting inch loss and lymphatic drainage. Irisin released during WBV converts stored white fat into metabolically active brown fat.
Improves circulation to inflamed tissue, supporting the anti-inflammatory effects of PBM. WBV lowers the inflammatory marker IL-6 while raising anti-inflammatory IL-10.
Gentle vibration promotes healing without impact, complementing PBM tissue repair. Low-frequency stimulation supports circulation and reduces fluid retention in recovering tissue.
Stimulates lymphatic flow, helping detoxification and reducing fluid retention. Low-frequency vibration considerably improves lymphatic drainage, particularly helpful for lipedema.
Stimulates osteoblast activity and supports joint mobility through controlled mechanical loading, without high-impact stress on the joints.
Reduces muscle soreness, improves flexibility and speeds up recovery between training sessions. Better circulation and oxygen delivery support faster repair after exercise.
